A visit costs SEK 300. Free pass due to high-cost protection applies.

The chat is free. A possible video visit costs the same as a physical visit, but a free card also applies here.

Yes, it works the same as with Region Norrbotten.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment at the health centre?
The easiest way is to use Hermelinen Digital, our digital system, which is always open.
To avoid being charged, appointments must be cancelled before 15:00 the workday before the visit.

Yes, if you have a Swedish social security number and want Hermelinen as your primary healthcare contact, you can register via 1177.se
